There is absolutely no way to put into words how amazing Dr.Nimtz & his wonderful staff are! I’ve had multiple procedures with fabulous results all thanks to him! So kind, caring & helpful every step of the way. His surgery center, right across from his office, so much better than a hospital filled with sick patients. They were there just for me! Such a comfortable & inviting environment. Anyone on the fence, let me tell you, Dr. Nimtz will not disappoint! I look and feel better now than I did in high school!

I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Nimtz for breast implant exchange based on referrals from other women. I'd had my implants for 22 years but one had deflated significantly. I was very, very nervous about the procedure because I'd had a horrible recovery the first time around. Dr. Nimtz and his staff were amazing! Dr. Nimtz was very professional and thorough and patiently answered my dozens of questions. We decided to do an implant exchange in the office under local anesthetic. I was a nervous wreck the day of the procedure but Dr. Nimtz and his staff quickly put me at ease. I even watched the procedure and he explained every step as he went. The procedure was virtually painless and I actually fell asleep as he was closing the incisions! I've healed nicely with minimal scarring and I'm more than pleased with my results. (I'm about 7 weeks post-op.) I've already referred a friend and she's having her procedure this month. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr.Nimtz and his staff. They are all outstanding and I would absolutely choose them for any future procedures!

Dr. Nimtz and his staff are wonderful. I received great care, not only from Dr. Nimtz, but from his nursing staff as well. He has excellent bedside manner and explains in detail procedures and addresses any concerns. His wife is on staff as his patient advocate and she goes over everything thoroughly. Post procedure, while at home, I had an issue with medication and I was able to reach him, after hours, and get a new medication filled instantly.

Surgery: breast augmentation Jan 2023 Dr Nimtz at Commonwealth is very professional and made me feel comfortable. As a female going into a vulnerable situation, it’s nice to not have the intimidation. He was able to discuss things that he could help improve without making me feel bad about myself. Renea is wonderful to work with. She helped make decisions that were right for me and never pressured anything I didn’t need. They both greet me like they have known me for years. Very down to earth and knowledgeable about their work. I 10/10 recommend Dr Nimtz to anyone considering plastic surgery.

He is wonderful! Answered my 1538963 questions with patience and thoroughly. His wife Renee was the best with post op care/help/questions, no matter the time of day. I got back a confidence that I didn’t know existed. He really does care about you as a patient and about your satisfaction with your procedure. He and his staff have all of my faith and confidence in anything that they do and having the peace of mind in knowing they’ll get you the results and care you need, is everything. Will for sure be using them for any future procedure/treatments that I do.

Pre-op appointment - going with Ideal Implant, around 450cc Less than 2 weeks until my breast augmentation! I'm a 45 year old mom of 4, 5'3, 120lbs. Going with Ideal Implant, around 450cc. Currently 34a, hope to be about a D cup. Nervous but excited! I can't wait to see how they turn out, so tired of the itty bitty titty club 😉 My surgery was moved to October 4th and every went great! So happy with my decision so far. I ended up with 405cc/left and 425cc/right. Dr wasn't able to go up to 450 like I'd hoped, I really hope that doesn't end up bothering me too much. Weekly update photos! It's hard to see any difference from day to day, but with weekly photos you can see the subtle changes. Feeling completely back to normal and they're getting softer and relaxing more. I bought a few new bras since I'm 3 months post surgery! I'm wearing 34d in every brand I've tried so far. I'm really happy with the results, I just wish they were about twice as large. They feel really small to me! For anyone concerned about the weight of the implants, believe me when I say you can't even tell they are there! I run 4 miles, 3 nights a week and 10 miles on Sundays and it's like nothing has changed! When I tried on the sizers in my surgeons office they felt really heavy sitting on my chest. I wish someone had told me that isn't how it feels when they're inside you, I DEFINITELY would've gone bigger!!! I went with under the muscle so I assume that's the reason for the weight not being an issue?

Friendly, professional and knowledgable staff. Dr Nimtz is not only an excellent surgeon, but also listens to what is important to the patient. Sarah is an incredibly gifted injector - impressively talented and has a great eye. Tisha's knowledge and expertise in all this skin care is unmatched. I have referred many family members and friends - everyone always thanks me !!
Doc and his wife go over and beyond to take care of their patients. They have put their heart and soul into their business and it shows. Doc is a gifted and knowledgeable surgeon, paying close attention to detail and wants perfection. I highly recommend his expertise. He has even extended his time and service to my kids’ scrapes and cuts. We are very thankful for him and his wife!
