I had a breast augmentation done in May of 2024. I highly recommend Dr.Nimtz and his team. He and his staff were very informative during my initial consultation and all the way up till the morning of my surgery. I have been to both the Lexington and London locations during this process and their offices are super nice and clean, and every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and helpful in every way! I am very happy with the results of my surgery as well!

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nimtz and his staff. I underwent a lower facelift and my results have made me so happy! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff very accommodating and friendly. I plan on seeing him for more improvements to refresh my appearance! Highly recommend 👌

Dr Nimtz changed my life. I had always dreamed of getting a tummy tuck and did my research for years. I’m so grateful I came across him and drove nearly two hours for each appointment to see him. Dr Nimtz, his wife, office staff and surgical team were all so amazing to be around. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were always answered thoroughly. Being able to contact someone at any time after my surgery was very reassuring. I am in love with my results he made it look very natural. I have gained so much confidence in myself and so glad I went through with it.

I’m beyond pleased with Dr.Nimtz, his beautiful wife, and their awesome staff! Dr.Nimtz has been working on me since I was 18 and there’s truly no one else I’d rather go to. I just had a recent surgery with him and I am already planning more, even though he tells me to slow down, lol. I get anxious before surgery, but I know I’m in good hands with him and his staff. He is very skilled at what he does and he enjoys helping others feel more confident and overall better about themselves and their appearance. Thank you Dr.Nimtz, Renee, and your staff for being so good to me all these years 🤍
Dr Nimtz and his staff are wonderful! His wife and him make a great team in making sure the patients are taken care of.

Dr. Nimtz and his entire staff are incredibly caring and kind. So professional and go beyond to help your surgical experience be one of the best ever. His wife is amazing. I had a breast augmentation and would hands down recommend him to everyone!

Commonwealth Plastic Surgery is such a caring, pleasant atmosphere. Michael Anne is my injector and she’s wonderful! I recently tried filler for the first time. Michael Anne along with Dr. Nimtz listened to my concerns of problem areas and guided me to what would give the best results. They are very professional and the staff is amazing! Every single time I go to Michael Anne I am happy with my results.

Great experience with the facility and specifically my injector. Michael Anne mapped out where Botox would be most beneficial for me. Her knowledge of the facial muscles and how botox effects movement is impressive. She was professional and confident in her technique. If you are feeling at all anxious Michael Anne is the one to see, and you will love the results.
