A woman in her mid forties from Southeastern Kentucky who was an A cup prior to surgery.  She wanted to be a C cup, and also wanted to tighten up the appearance of her belly.  Lipoabdominoplasty (tummy tuck with extensive liposuction) was performed with breast augmentation and a lift.  510cc silicone implants were used.
