I had a great experience at Commonwealth Plastic Surgery. Dr. Nimtz is professional, knowledgeable, and confident in his work. Along with Dr. Nimtz, his wife Renee and the rest of his staff were wonderful. I had a breast augmentation and could not be happier with my results. I have a newfound confidence in my body, thanks to Dr. Nimtz!

I have been researching the procedures I wanted performed and surgeons who specialized in these procedures over the past 3-4 years. I had consultations with 3 different providers before discovering Dr. Nimtz and his lovely wife Renee. I saw Dr. Nimtz on TV with WKYT/WLEX giving us free education about plastic surgery and my mind was blown that a cosmetic surgeon would give you info for the process of procedures, what causes the problems(insecurities) and how to avoid needing/wanting these procedures to begin with!!! My soul felt at ease watching him. I scheduled the appointment. I felt SAFE and as if my family was sitting in front of me and guiding me thru this process. He will do whats best for you and has a very warm, caring and gentle spirit. The surgery day was an easy process. I was comfortable and my nerves never reared their ugly head!!! The nurses were even GREAT!!! I had an Extended Brachioplasty. My Incisions are not in public eye!!! My arms look so sexy again!!! I have confidence to wear sleeveless tops again!!! He is a Magician to say the least!!! Miss Renee has been there for me at every question/concern after I got back home from surgery. She gives guidance thru the healing process and if she feels it is time to see Doc Nimtz she will let you know. That is worth price of admission in itself!!! She goes above and beyond the call of duty for us!!! I am in LOVE with Doc Nimtz and Miss Renee!!! I have already recommended the Commonwealth Plastic Surgery team to numerous friends, family and colleagues. You absolutely can't go wrong choosing them. They truly care for you!!!

We also love when patients gain their confidence back because it is so fun to see!
I am so happy I chose Dr. Nimtz for my rhinoplasty. He is an extremely skilled surgeon that truly cares about his patients and his staff was caring, attentive, and highly competent. His wife was very thorough in her explanation of the procedure and recovery and promptly responded to all of my questions before and after the surgery. I am so happy with my results and can say my life has immensely improved as a result of the surgery. I will go back to Dr. Nimtz for any future procedures and can wholeheartedly recommend him and his staff.

I had a breast augmentation done in May of 2024. I highly recommend Dr.Nimtz and his team. He and his staff were very informative during my initial consultation and all the way up till the morning of my surgery. I have been to both the Lexington and London locations during this process and their offices are super nice and clean, and every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and helpful in every way! I am very happy with the results of my surgery as well!

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nimtz and his staff. I underwent a lower facelift and my results have made me so happy! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff very accommodating and friendly. I plan on seeing him for more improvements to refresh my appearance! Highly recommend 👌

Dr Nimtz changed my life. I had always dreamed of getting a tummy tuck and did my research for years. I’m so grateful I came across him and drove nearly two hours for each appointment to see him. Dr Nimtz, his wife, office staff and surgical team were all so amazing to be around. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were always answered thoroughly. Being able to contact someone at any time after my surgery was very reassuring. I am in love with my results he made it look very natural. I have gained so much confidence in myself and so glad I went through with it.

I’m beyond pleased with Dr.Nimtz, his beautiful wife, and their awesome staff! Dr.Nimtz has been working on me since I was 18 and there’s truly no one else I’d rather go to. I just had a recent surgery with him and I am already planning more, even though he tells me to slow down, lol. I get anxious before surgery, but I know I’m in good hands with him and his staff. He is very skilled at what he does and he enjoys helping others feel more confident and overall better about themselves and their appearance.
